About The Chef

Lynn M. Miller holds an Associate in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan. Trained by Master Chefs, she is currently Chef-Owner of Curious Cooks LLC, a company that provides cooking classes and publications in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She is known as a culinary journalist and will soon be hosting a cooking program on Channel 15 in Bloomfield Hills.

Lynn also previously earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and has been an intense hobby cook for more than twenty-five years. She lived in Germany for eight years and has attended specialty cooking classes at the Ritz Escoffier and the Cordon Bleu in Paris, as well as in Provence (France) and Stuttgart (Germany).

She is a member of the WCR (Women Chefs and Restaurateurs) and the ACF (American Culinary Federation).

Lynn is the author of Flavor Secrets: Back to the Basics, a cookbook that teaches home cooks the same techniques for building flavor that are taught to professionals in culinary schools.
